Lawyer representing former spy chief says POG was typical psychological warfare against N.Korea

Seoul’s former intelligence chief directed a psychological operation group (POG) to prevent Kim Jong Un’s wife from gaining in popularity among South Korea’s online communities, his attorney said on Monday.
