One part of the trilateral coal project between Russia, the DPRK and South Korea may suffer delays due to bad weather, according to South Korean media.

However the holdup has not interfered with any of the coal shipments, but instead with a delivery of Chinese made water bottles which were included in the final test run of the project.

“Safety concerns on North Korean roads have delayed shipping containers,” said a ministry official in comments carried by Yonhap News Agency.
