North Korea’s Foreign Ministry on Sunday criticized Japan’s “Peace and Security” legislation, which passed the Japanese House of Councilors on Saturday.

Their response speaks of secretive connections between the U.S. and Japan, and intent to involve Japan in U.S. global strategy by removing legal restrictions.

“In particular, the most dangerous point is that Japan is trying to be openly involved with the U.S.’s invasive military actions and target Chosun (Korea) as its priority while we are in the state of war with the U.S.,” their statement reads.
