The Organization for the Cooperation of Railways’ (OSJD) meeting of company presidents and logistics departments will be held in Seoul from tomorrow for two days.

The Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) won the right to host the meeting at the company presidents meeting in Pyongyang in April 2014. KORAIL has been trying to join OSJD in order to facilitate South Korea’s Eurasia Initiative, which would create a railway – and other networks – that would stretch across Asia from South Korea to Europe.
