Sweden may deport a teenager to China despite his claims that that he has escaped from North Korea, and that his return could mean his death.

Sweden’s immigration authorities ruled last year that the refugee, age 17, is from China after they failed to locate the places he discussed during his interview.

The teen’s lawyers, however, countered that the interviewers were unable to find those locations because they misspelled the names he mentioned.
