North and South Korea met Wednesday for their first high-level talks in years, but the content and results of their discussion were not clear.
The representatives of the two sides – which included Kim Kyou-hyun, South Korea’s vice chief of the presidential National Security Office and Won Dong Yon, the North’s deputy head of the United Front Department at the Worker’s Party of Korea – met at the border village of Panmunjeom.
Talks began at 10 a.m. with a 90-minute morning
