Opinion Where Love Does Not Exist South Korea’s younger generation is leading an empathic shift on North Korean human rights, paving the way for more action by a traditionally indifferent general public. This is the view of a university student collective that recently held an influential exhibition focusing on North Korea’s hellish prison camps.
