A Chinese travel agency claims it has been invited to organize youth tours to North Korea’s Wonsan Kalma beach resort from this week, though a tourism insider expressed skepticism that the trips will actually take place.

In a post on social media earlier this month, the Chinese travel agency Offline said it had received an invitation from the DPRK’s Korea Youth International Travel Company to organize the group tours to Pyongyang and Wonsan in three batches — from Oct. 30 to Nov. 6, Nov. 6-13 and Nov. 20-27.
