Dozens of North Koreans appeared to work at a Moscow factory handling canned food for cats and dogs marketed as a Finnish brand, according to footage released by a businessman implicated in DPRK labor procurement schemes. Multiple North Koreans underwent vocational training inside the facility in the Moscow region on a packaging line featuring boxes labeled as Järvi Elämän animal feed, a social media post by Russian entrepreneur Vladimir Sokolov showed in late July.
