A Russian military aircraft made a brief visit to Pyongyang for the first time in two months on Sunday, aviation data showed, following North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui’s direct flight to Moscow aboard a decades-old passenger jet the previous day.

The Il-62M (RA-86561) operated by the Russian Aerospace Forces landed at Pyongyang’s Sunan International Airport at around 10:40 a.m. KST on Sunday after flying from Moscow via Vladivostok, according to Flightradar24.
