South Korean President Lee Jae Myung and former President Moon Jae-in agreed on the need to continue pursuing dialogue with Pyongyang during a luncheon at the Blue House on Wednesday.

Moon, who led a brief period of engagement with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un during his presidency from 2017 to 2022, said he believed opportunities for dialogue would return if Seoul continued seeking engagement.
