The number of people viewing North Korea’s ruling party newspaper Rodong Sinmun digitally at a state-run facility in Seoul has increased since the publication was reclassified from anti-state to general material, according to South Korea’s Unification Ministry. Views of Rodong Sinmun from a digital archive system at the ministry’s Information Center on North Korea rose from 3,475 to 6,125 between January and February, and 10,092 in March, according to a fact-sheet from the ministry Wednesday.
