A Russian man was arrested after he tried to snap a photo of the North Korean Embassy in Moscow and accused of disturbing public order at a time of heightened Ukrainian drone attacks.

The incident took place on May 4, when police officers detained Boris Karpychev near the embassy for “showing disrespect for society,” using obscene language and displaying “aggressive behavior,” Moscow’s Nikulinsky District Court said in a ruling that found him guilty of petty hooliganism.
