North Korean military medics have exchanged know-how with Russian counterparts as part of the allies’ cooperation over the Ukraine war, according to a top Russian surgeon.

Dmitry Nazarov, a deputy branch chief of the Burdenko Main Military Clinical Hospital, told Russia’s state-run TASS news agency on Tuesday that “DPRK representatives helped a lot” during the war, noting ongoing exchanges between the two states’ military medical professionals.
