A Russian pharmaceutical firm says it has shipped its first batch of heart and blood pressure, dementia and hair loss drugs to North Korea for an expected sale date in June.

The shipment covered nearly 20,000 packages of various medicines worth some $74,300, the St. Petersburg-based drugmaker WERTEX announced in a press release on Tuesday.

The company said the delivery included generic cardiovascular medications containing lisinopril and losartan, memantine-based dementia drugs, anti-asthma remedies and WERTEX’s ALERANA hair growth sprays.
