Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, Ahn confirmed that the issue arose during his meeting with Japanese Defense Minister Shinjiro Koizumi after NK News asked whether the two sides had discussed prospects for an ACSA and North Korea’s advancing missile capabilities.
