Russian Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev arrived in Pyongyang on Monday evening for talks with his North Korean counterpart on law enforcement cooperation.

Moscow’s Interior Ministry announced via Telegram on Tuesday that Kolokoltsev is visiting the North Korean capital and would hold “a series of working meetings,” including talks with North Korea’s Minister of Social Security Pang Tu Sop.

“The parties will review matters of bilateral cooperation in the field of law enforcement,” the ministry said.
