A South Korean military-police task force investigating alleged civilian drone incursions into North Korea raided a military command and intelligence agency this week, amid allegations that officials were involved in the incident. 

Three active-duty service members and a National Intelligence Service (NIS) employee suspected of involvement were booked as part of the investigation, a Korean National Police Agency officer told NK News on Wednesday.

The task force carried out search warrants in 18 locations, including the NIS, Defense Intelligence Command and suspects’ homes, according to the officer.
