Another restaurant employing North Korean nationals has opened its doors in Moscow, despite U.N. sanctions that ban the overseas employment of DPRK citizens.

NK News analysis of photos and reviews posted on Yandex Maps show that the Pyongyang Rungrado restaurant in southern Moscow serves Korean dishes like cold Pyongyang noodles, bulgogi and fried rice and appears to employ North Korean waitresses.
