Analysis of DPRK research papers by ROK think tank identifies advances that can enhance surveillance, psy ops and more

North Korea has developed its artificial intelligence capabilities to the point where they can be used in military and cyber operations, boasting technology for facial recognition, voice synthesis and more, according to a new South Korean report.
