North Korean state media reported Friday that the impeachment of President Yoon Suk-yeol has plunged South Korea into an “abyss of political upheaval,” seizing on the ongoing crisis and Yoon’s pending arrest warrant for propaganda aimed at demonstrating the superiority of the Kim regime.

The article released by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) catalogued major developments since the ROK legislature voted to impeach Yoon over his short-lived declaration of martial law, which it stated has resulted in “paralysis of state administration and spiraling socio-political confusion.”
