Top Russian security official Sergei Shoigu arrived in North Korea for talks with leader Kim Jong Un on Friday, according to Moscow’s Security Council. 

The Russian delegation discussed a “wide range of bilateral and international issues” with their North Korean counterparts, the council said in a press release, adding that the DPRK leader personally received Shoigu upon his arrival.
