Seoul police raided offices and homes linked to a small far-left political party on Friday over suspicions of “connections with North Korea,” according to the group.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency carried out the search-and-seizure operation targeting members of the People’s Democracy Party (PDP) early in the morning on Aug. 30, citing violations of Article 7 of the National Security Act (NSA), the PDP said in a statement.
