South Korea launches probe into demolition of North Korean guard posts

Auditors investigating claims Moon government failed to verify destruction of GPs under inter-Korean military deal

South Korean auditors have launched an investigation into allegations that the former Moon administration failed to properly verify North Korea demolished front-line guard posts (GP) under an inter-Korean military deal.

The Board of Audit and Inspection (BAI) confirmed to NK News that it initiated the audit on Friday in response to a request submitted by a nongovernmental organization called the ROK Reserve Generals’ Association.
