Members of the U.N. Security Council (UNSC) called for the resumption of dialogue and diplomacy to address North Korea’s repeated launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM) on Tuesday, after Pyongyang fired a solid-fuel ICBM the day before.
But the Council once again failed to reach a consensus on the DPRK’s actions amid a continuing divide between the permanent members.
