Singapore man wanted in US indicted for smuggling oil to North Korea

Kwek Kee Seng and accomplice face years in Singapore prison for allegedly facilitating shipments of gas oil in 2019

Singapore authorities have charged two businessmen for their alleged role in smuggling fuel into North Korea, including one wanted by the FBI with a $5 million bounty.

The Singapore Police Force said in a press release on Thursday that Kwek Kee Seng allegedly conspired to supply gas oil to the DPRK in 2019, while his accomplice Low Eng Yeow Justin helped facilitate the purchase of the fuel.
