Russian Far East delegation arrives in North Korea to discuss economic plans

Regional governor has expressed interested in joint construction projects as DPRK laborers continue to work in Russia

A delegation of Russian Far East officials arrived in Pyongyang on Monday, according to North Korean state media, in a visit expected to include bilateral talks on topics ranging from revitalizing tourism to joint construction projects.

Primorsky Krai Governor Oleg Kozhemyako headed the Russian delegation, a short report carried by the DPRK party newspaper Rodong Sinmun stated on Tuesday.
