Hungary must extradite a South Korean citizen to Spain for his alleged involvement in the 2019 raid of the North Korean Embassy in Madrid, a court in Budapest has ruled.

The Metropolitan Court of Budapest has ordered the government to surrender the unnamed man who is the subject of a European arrest warrant issued by the Fifth Court of Madrid, according to a statement by the Hungarian court on Wednesday.
