A high-level Russian delegation is visiting Pyongyang for talks on expanding cooperation with North Korea in a wide range of sectors, DPRK state media reported on Wednesday.

The delegation headed by Alexander Kozlov, minister of natural resources and ecology, arrived in the North Korean capital late Tuesday and has already kicked off “inter-sector talks” as part of a long-standing intergovernmental commission, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
