Russia and North Korea to launch joint construction projects: Russian governor

Oleg Kozhemyako says he and Kim Jong Un discussed cooperation on tourism, agriculture and construction on Tuesday

Pyongyang and Moscow plan to kick-start joint projects across a range of areas, including tourism and construction, a Russian regional chief announced late Tuesday, after talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un upon his arrival in the Russian Far East.

“We discussed that this year we expect to launch joint projects related to the development of tourism and agriculture, including [those] related to construction,” Primorsky Krai Governor Oleg Kozhemyako said via his Telegram channel late Tuesday.
