Seoul warns South Koreans of sophisticated new phishing campaigns that impersonate Naver and Daum portals

South Korea’s intelligence agency has warned that North Korean hackers are impersonating a leading internet portal in the latest phishing campaign targeting South Koreans. 

The National Intelligence Service (NIS) stated in a press release on Wednesday that it detected a DPRK phishing site masquerading as the South Korean portal Naver, advising the public to exercise caution when accessing unfamiliar addresses.
