Travelers to South Korea must now explicitly declare if they are bringing North Korean propaganda into the country, a new version of the “travelers declaration form” shows, despite Seoul’s recent signaling about increasing access to DPRK media.
The updated paper slip that all international arrivals must submit to a customs officer when entering South Korea has been in use since September, the Korea Customs Agency told NK News on Monday.
