US envoy holds call with Seoul and Tokyo after North Korean missile tests

Sung Kim and other nuclear envoys urge talks with Pyongyang while discussing sanctions against regime

Top officials from the U.S., South Korea and Japan held a trilateral call on Monday following North Koreas' fourth missile test this year and urged Pyongyang to return to dialogue.

U.S. Special Representative for the DPRK Sung Kim spoke with his Japanese and South Korean counterparts Funakoshi Takehiro and Noh Kyu-duk to discuss the latest missile tests and sanctions against North Korea.
