South Korea's top nuclear envoy and his Russian counterpart speak after multiple North Korean missile tests this month

South Korea’s top nuclear envoy discussed North Korea’s recent missile tests and ways to “stably manage” the Korean Peninsula with his Russian counterpart on Wednesday, Seoul’s foreign ministry announced. 

The call between South Korean Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs Noh Kyu-duk and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov follows a series of missile tests Pyongyang conducted this month, including two “hypersonic” launches and an apparent cruise missile test
