An influential pro-North Korea outlet claimed on Wednesday that Pyongyang chooses to publish photos and other details about its missile tests for the sake of “transparency” and “deterrence.”
The claim comes after U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken accused the North of “trying to get attention” after an apparent hypersonic missile test on Jan. 12, stating that such actions will “probably continue” but are “profoundly destabilizing.”
