Moon Jae-in says two Koreas, US and China agree ‘in principle’ to end the war, but excitement is likely premature

Despite Moon Jae-in’s positive spin, there are no real signs that the Korean War will be ending any time soon.

Speaking in Canberra on Monday, the South Korean President said that the two Koreas, the U.S. and China have all agreed to declare an end to the Korean War “in principle.”
