The former commander of U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) cautioned against an end-of-war declaration with North Korea, warning that it could re-open the door to hostilities on the peninsula.
Speaking at a conference in New York City on Wednesday, Robert Abrams claimed there is “a body of evidence” that there will be calls in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to “rescind previous resolutions 82, 83, 84 and 85” if an end-of-war declaration is signed.
