Seoul’s top nuclear envoy to visit Moscow after North Korean missile tests 

Noh Kyu-duk and Igor Morgulo will discuss ways to cooperate on the complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula

South Korea’s top nuclear envoy is set to visit Russia this week to discuss the peace process on the Korean Peninsula, according to Seoul’s foreign ministry.

In a statement, the ministry said that Noh Kyu-duk is set to meet with Moscow’s vice foreign minister for Asia-Pacific affairs Igor Morgulov and discuss denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
