Reports: UNSC announces emergency meeting following North Korean SLBM test

US special envoy to North Korea urges return to dialogue during a trilateral meeting in Washington

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) reportedly announced Tuesday that it will hold an emergency meeting following North Korea’s latest submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) test.
