South Korean President Moon Jae-in pledged on Monday to push for engagement with Pyongyang until the end of his presidency, stating that talks with North Korea remain unfinished.
In a 35-minute policy speech at the National Assembly, Moon also celebrated his administration’s accomplishments in inter-Korean relations, which he said have opened the door for peace, as well as Seoul’s pandemic response.
