China reported its fuel exports to North Korea for the first time in months, according to the United Nations (U.N.).

According to the most recent data, China sent some 587 tons (4,893 barrels) of refined petroleum products to North Korea in March this year. Refined petroleum products include fuels like gasoline and diesel.

All countries must report the “supply, sale, or transfer of all refined petroleum products to the DPRK” to the U.N. as mandated by the U.N. Security Council’s 1718 Sanctions Committee.
