U.S. President Donald Trump took to Twitter Thursday to condemn an upcoming tell-all memoir by former National Security Advisor John Bolton, who Trump claims botched once-rosy prospects for U.S-DPRK diplomacy by publicly-touting the “Libyan Model” for North Korea in 2018.
In a series of two tweets, the President said that “all hell broke out” when “Wacko John Bolton” suggested the “Libyan Model” while live on a U.S. television program in April 2018, recommending a model for denuclearization that ended in regime collapse and the death of leader Muammar al-Gaddafi.
