At least three will face court after being held in pretrial detention since September

At least three North Korean fishermen in Russia will finally have their day in court next week, facing criminal charges related to squid poaching and the alleged assault of border guards in September 2019.

The cases will be held at Nakhodka City Court from Monday to Wednesday, assistant judges told Russian news agency TASS, confirming that the Primorsky Prosecutor General indicted the three and sent their criminal cases to the court in late May.
