New app offers North Koreans quick access to country’s laws and regulations

"Duty" 2.0 unveiling overlaps with 47th anniversary of the promulgation of the DPRK's 1972 constitution

A recently released mobile and computer application will allow North Koreans easy access to the country's laws and regulations, the state-run outlet Arirang-Meari reported Friday.

The new app is titled "Duty" 2.0, though it is not clear what company developed the app, or why there is no mention of an app titled "Duty" 1.0 in past state media reporting.
