News Kim Jong Un guided another test of new “super-large” MLRS on Tuesday: KCNASystem now reportedly "finally verified," though DPRK leader hints that more testing may be required
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Tuesday praised another successful launch of the country’s new Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS), state media reported on Wednesday. South Korea’s military early Tuesday morning said it had detected a North Korean missile launch taking place from the country’s South Pyongan Province. The test was Pyongyang’s eight since July 25 and its tenth this year, including two earlier launches in May. It was also the country’s first since August 23, when the DPRK tested what it called a “super-large” MLRS. Tuesday’s launch now appears to have been of the same weapon, with the state-run Korean © Korea Risk Group. All rights reserved. |
