The U.S. has not yet heard from North Korean counterparts on a timetable for planned working-level negotiations between the two countries, National Security Advisor John Bolton said Wednesday.
In comments just hours after the DPRK reported that it had conducted a test of a new “guided rocket system,” Bolton stressed that that launch did not violated leader Kim Jong Un's promises to President Trump.
