Minju Choson, the official organ of North Korea’s Cabinet and the Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) Presidium, appears to have launched a new website, in a move which sees the country’s second most authoritative newspaper expand its online footprint.

The newspaper’s website, which was spotted live on Tuesday, features a homepage with the latest headlines and an archive dating back to June last year.

It also features a section highlighting “popular articles,” though it remains unclear whether these are determined by traffic statistics or are simply chosen by the newspaper’s staff.
