Seoul hopes for “substantive progress” at second DPRK-U.S. summit: Blue House

South Korea also hails Vietnam as "great location" for next Kim-Trump meeting

The South Korean Presidential office on Wednesday called on the U.S. and North Korea to use an upcoming summit in Vietnam to take steps toward “concrete and substantive progress” towards denuclearization.

Speaking in a press briefing, Presidential spokesperson Kim Eui-keum said Seoul "welcomed" Tuesday's announcement by U.S. President Donald Trump that the next DPRK-U.S. summit will take place in Vietnam on February 27-28.
