North Korea says relations with U.S. could progress “wonderfully”

But only if the U.S. responds to the DPRK's "efforts" with "trustworthy measures"

North Korea's ambassador to the UN in Geneva on Tuesday said relations with Washington could improve quickly if the U.S. responded to Pyongyang's "efforts with trustworthy measures."

Speaking at UN-sponsored conference on disarmament, Ambassador Han Tae Song indicated that diplomatic progress hinged on actions from Washington.
