Moon says even North Koreans could not reverse process of denuclearization
Trump says second summit will be announced "within a fairly short period of time"
South Korea's President Moon on Monday said that North Korea's commitment to denuclearization had reached a stage that even those within the DPRK could not reverse it.
Speaking during a bilateral meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, Moon also thanked Trump for his "new approach" in dealing with North Korea.
